Old jeans and leather leftovers, deconstructed into a jacket with zipper fringe and leopard lining.
From Nasrin’s “Lo Lifnot Elay”
A pair of vintage Levi's and a pile of leather scraps that had been sitting in the studio for months. I cut the jeans apart at every seam and rebuilt them into a jacket that doesn't try to hide where it came from.
The zipper fringe running down each sleeve uses industrial zippers I sourced from a surplus shop in Tel Aviv - heavy, unpolished, the kind made for tents and luggage, not fashion. A leopard-print lining, pulled from a thrift-store coat, lines the interior. No pattern. No plan on paper. I worked directly with the material, letting it tell me where it wanted to go.
The editorial was shot by photographer Ran Yehezkel in a single session. The same jacket later appeared on singer Nasrin Kadri in her music video "Lo Lifnot Elay" - worn differently, styled harder, living its second life on screen.
Every stitch, every cut, every detail done by hand.
