About
My name is Maayan Galilee. I’m a fashion designer based in Israel, and the founder of NOTTODAY. I design, cut, sew, and finish every piece myself.
I graduated from the Fashion Design Department at Shenkar College. During my studies, I lost my mother, Chani. My graduation collection was built from her own clothes - deconstructed and rebuilt into something new. That project shaped everything that followed: the belief that materials carry memory, and that a garment can hold more than a body.
Since graduating, I’ve created custom pieces for musicians, stage performances, music videos, and fashion editorials. My work has been featured in Israel’s leading publications and recognized internationally. Each project is different - what stays constant is the process: everything made by hand, alone, in my studio.
NOTTODAY is a daily refusal. Not today will doubt stop the work. Not today will convention dictate what a garment should look like. My vision is to bring the same intensity and craft into a broader range of work - translating bold, one-of-a-kind energy into pieces that move between the stage and everyday life.
